Our Group Fitness Classes are setting men and women up for success. Join us for the best combination of strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and sustainable fat burn.

Semi-Private Training

Our Semi-Private Training is all about helping you find success with a customized approach while also surrounding you with a great group of friends and supporters. This program is perfect for groups of 8 or less.

Boxing/Riot

High intensity cardio boxing combinations. We will do it on bag and off bag. *Class requirement: gloves and wraps, which can be purchased at gym.

SWIFT

In this class we include explosive compound lifts, loads heavy enough to tax the muscles to increase your strength and pair it with high levels of conditioning.

TRV|X

This is our staple ABOVE the NORM workout! We combine the best aspects of Strength, Cardio, Muscle Endurance, and Toning. You’ll never get the same workout twice along with new skills and aspects into every class. TRV|X is scalable for any fitness level.

SHRED

Welcome to SHRED – the epitome of high-intensity circuit training! Designed for both seasoned athletes and beginners, SHRED offers a dynamic workout targeting upper body, lower body, core and conditioning. You go at your own pace through timed intervals, ensuring a challenging yet adaptable experience.
